Chiara knows what

She has over six years of hands-on experience hosting and managing short-term rentals. She knows what works (and what doesn't), keeps on top of regulations and has a natural eye for interiors that makes guests feel at home. Her focus on guest satisfaction and compliance ensures every property not only looks great but runs smoothly

His background is in business management, growth and development. He's built systems that keep everything operating like clockwork, developed pricing and marketing strategies that maximise returns and built reliable networks of contractors and cleaners.
