How they work

  • 1. Purchase your launch package

    Choose the package that suits you best. Bronze, Silver or Gold. Each one is designed to save you time, avoid costly mistakes, and set your rental up for long-term success.

  • 2. Meet your launch manager

    Your dedicated launch manager will give you a welcome call to introduce themselves and walk you through the next steps. During the call, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started. We'll be with you at every stage.

  • 3. Preparing for launch

    This is where the magic starts! We'll begin sourcing furniture, staging your property, creating and optimising your listings and booking in your professional photography session if it's included or purchased separately. Behind the scenes, we'll be working hard to make sure your rental is set up to impress and ready to go live.

  • 4. Your rental goes live

    Your listing is launched and ready to shine! Of course, now that all the hard work's done, it only makes sense to let us manage the day-to-day too, but no pressure. We'll chat about what's next and help you decide what's right for you.

You might be wandering...

  • I’m not local, can you still launch my rental?

    Yes! We work with clients across the country. Our launch package prices cover properties within the West Midlands, but if you're a little further out, we might need to add a small travel/time fee depending  on where your property is. Your launch manager will let you know if any extra costs apply during your welcome call. 

  • Do I need to have furniture in the property already?

    No, we can help source, deliver, and install all the furnishings and décor required. If you already have some items, we’ll work with what you’ve got and fill in the gaps.

  • Can I upgrade my package later?

    Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference between your current package and the one you want.

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    None at all. Everything included in your package is listed upfront. If additional services are needed (like major furniture purchases or deep cleaning), we’ll discuss those transparently before going ahead.

  • Will you help with Airbnb and other platform setup?

    Yes, we create optimised listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and Comfy Workers as part of the service. We handle the setup, write your descriptions, and ensure your property is positioned to attract bookings from day one.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel, no problem, as long as it's at least 14 days before your project start date, you'll get a full refund (minus a £50 admin fee). If it's any closer than that, we're not able to offer a refund since things will already be in motion.

Need to reschedule? That's fine too, just give us at least 7 days' notice and there's a £75 rescheduling fee. If we don't hear from you for 14 days after payment and we're still waiting on information from you, we may have to cancel the booking without a refund, just to keep things fair for everyone.
